Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handled during purchase and delivery of the Website Conversion Audit.

Information collected

• Contact and business information, such as name, email address, business name, website, services, and service areas.
• Audit intake responses, including goals, lead sources, analytics setup, known website problems, and competitor URLs.
• Order and payment status. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by this application.
• Operational records needed for fraud prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting, email delivery, and security alerts.

How information is used

Information is used to process the order, authenticate access, complete and deliver the audit, provide support, maintain security, keep accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold.

Service providers

The planned production service uses Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for application hosting, Supabase/Postgres for order data, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for scheduled operational checks and domain services. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Order, payment, and accounting records are retained as reasonably needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Intake responses and completed audits are retained while needed to provide the service, support factual corrections, and maintain business records. Operational logs and email-delivery records are retained only as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting. Access credentials are designed to expire and may be revoked. Eligible information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal retention requirements.

Security

The system uses signed and expiring access links, hashed tokens, encrypted sensitive payloads at rest, restricted credentials, verified payment webhooks, and operational monitoring. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting zakk@gipsonagency.com. Some records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate accounting needs.
